Glenfiddich Private Vintage - Virgin Atlantic
A new Glenfiddich Private Vintage is about to be released! Bottled exclusively for Virgin Atlantic, cask 28136 will soon make its appearance on board Virgin Atlantic's flights around the world. This latest Glenfiddich Vintage is a single cask from 1978. It was bottled at 49.2%abv and is limited to 237 bottles. It is only the second time we have bottled a cask from 1978, but it is the first time a cask from that year is available for sale - the first 1978 vintage was bottled in 2004 for a private wedding in India, no bottles were ever sold.
Cask 28136 will only be available through Virgin’s pre-order service, so please remember to order your bottle before you fly with Virgin!
