A year is whatever you want it to be
I must be honest with you. As I sit in my hotel lobby in Saipan, where the temperature must be well above 30 degrees, I am finding it hard to believe that this is my last day at work before the holidays. But here we are, December 20th! Tomorrow, I will be flying home and in a few days, the New Year will be upon us. To mark the festivities, Glenfiddich has created two new ads which will appear in a number of magazines and newspapers over the season. These ads are ridiculous. Are you trying to sell watches and typewriters? Or are you trying to sell whisky?

Actually, I quite I like them, especially because they are not like normal whiskey ads.

I remember the part of my visit to the Glenfiddich distillery in 1995 where we got to taste a glas. Rather then using ice, we were explained to use a drop of water in the whisky. I think advertisement makers should do something with that..
